Snow emergency in Boston

Mayor Walsh has declared a snow emergency ahead of the forecasted mid-week winter storm. All Boston Public Schools buildings will be closed. All students will attend classes online for a partial day on Thursday. A parking ban in the City starts at 6 p.m. Residents can start parking at discounted garages at 4 p.m. today.
