Annual forms for returning students are required each school year. If your student’s forms are not completed, please visit the enrollment portal on the District’s website. It’s fast, secure, and easy; you can even do it on your mobile phone. The online portal closes on Tuesday, Sept. 8.

On-campus, students follow safety protocols to ensure social distancing, touchless transactions, and eliminate cross-contact when they pick up packaged meals, then return to the classroom or a designated area to eat. Staff follows enhanced food preparation and distribution safety protocols. No student will be allowed to leave school for lunch.
Curbside meal service at designated locations will be available for students who elect to continue virtual learning. Students are not permitted to leave campus for lunch.
Meals may be purchased with cash or a check at the cafeteria. Parents can also use , via the app or over the phone with a credit card or electronic check. Learn more about our Food Services.
Students receiving free or reduced-price lunches must apply every year. Students receiving free/reduced lunches last school year will continue to receive benefits for 30 days. If an application is not submitted and processed by that time, the student status will automatically be changed to paid. Please allow up to two weeks for application processing. If you have questions about school supply needs for your student or if you purchased prepackaged school supplies from the campus PTA, please ask your student’s teacher.
During the COVID-19 public health crisis, families are encouraged to transport their student(s) to and from school. However, we understand that’s not possible for all families. Your address determines the school your child(ren) is zoned to attend. If you’re unsure which school to enroll your child(ren), look up your address online to locate your school or call 512-428-2465.
Parents/guardians enroll their child(ren) using our Infosnap Online Registration Solution System presented by Power Schools. Create your parent account to securely complete online enrollment at home on your personal computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you need the use of a computer or require help completing enrollment registration, please visit your zoned campus. Call the individual school to set up an appointment or to check hours for in-person registration.
During the online enrollment process, you will need to provide proof of address, proof of age of the student, and the student’s immunization record to the school; for high school students, also provide transcripts for grades 9-12. Call your school’s RegistrarTải nổ for more details.
Children must be five years old on or before September 1 to start kindergarten. To enter first grade, a child must be six years old on or before September 1 and must have successfully completed kindergarten. In July, registration for new students Pre-K – grade 12 opens.
Qualifying children must be four years old on or before September 1 to start pre-kindergarten. When new student registration opens in July, parents need to create a parent portal account to complete pre-kindergarten registration. Learn more about qualifying for pre-kindergarten and how to enroll.
If you want to change schools but have not moved, you can request a student transfer. Please contact the Registrar at your zoned campus for details. Transfer approval is determined on space availability, demonstration of genuine need, and student history. Learn more about student transfers.
HEALTH and WELLNESS
School counselors are present to support the mental health needs of every student across the District. School counselors are available via email, office phone, Google Voice, and Google Meet. Parents and students may find resources on the counseling services website.
Each campus has a designated COVID Campus Contact who works closely with the campus nurse and district staff to ensure safety precautions are in place. .
Students must be up-to-date on all required immunizations before starting school, and the proof is required at the time of enrollment. Parents/Guardians who come to campus to pick up a student from school are limited to either remaining outside and utilizing the intercom system. If this option is not available, they may come into the front office area to sign out their child.
Parents/Guardians who need to provide student medication should contact the school nurse and set up an appointment to deliver the medication to the school.
Visitors who are allowed on campus will proceed to the reception area, where they will be asked to respond to a series of health screening questions before entering. Visitors will be required to wear face coverings at all times and will be granted access to limited areas of the building, as determined by the campus administration.
Clear Bag Policy
A Clear Bag Policy is instituted at all large scale events held at the Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex and Dragon Stadium in Round Rock ISD. These will include events such as varsity football games, band marching contests, and other highly attended events.
School Safety Zones

Student Code of Conduct

Entrance doors at all campuses are locked during school hours. To gain access to the front office, visitors will need to show identification and request entry through the video intercom system.
While on campus, all visitors are required to check-in at the front office. Intercoms are installed outside of the school’s front office. Visitors should be prepared to show their ID and state the nature of their visit to the front office staff using the video intercom system.
Students participate in virtual learning Monday-Friday. Students follow a schedule with periods of daily, live instruction with certified teachers and periods of self-paced, independent learning.
Elementary School – 7:40 a.m. to 2: 55 p.m.
Middle School – 8:20 a.m. to 3:35 p.m.

Curbside Meal Service
For service for the first three weeks of school, families are asked to fill out an to request meal service. Only one response is needed per family and multiple children can be added to one form. Families are encouraged to fill out the meal order form to assist Food Services in meal preparation, help avoid waste and expedite checkout. Parents who do not fill out the form for their student may still pick up meals and should be prepared to show the student’s ID or a document/report card with the student’s ID printed.
If virtual learning were to continue for all students beyond the first three weeks, families will not be asked to submit another meal order form.
Meal distribution will take place on Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. During meal distribution, lunch and breakfast for the following day will be provided. To pick up the meals, families should have the student name and ID written on paper and placed on the car’s dashboard. Visit the Food Services website for distribution locations, meal prices, review eligibility and apply for free and reduced meal benefits.
Students must have access to the Internet and a device to log on to their online dashboard and Schoology Learning Management account.
The District offers device and hotspot check-out for families who require assistance in gaining access to a device for their virtual student(s). Please contact your student’s campus if they need a device.

To facilitate virtual learning, the District has adopted the Schoology Learning Management System® to allow for seamless continuation of learning in any environment. Schoology® brings students, teachers, parents, and administrators together within one communication and collaboration platform. Students engage in an online classroom community that encourages collaboration, discussion, and creativity. Parents will have one-stop access to all of their childrens’ accounts with one log-in.
